Kent County Council have announced plans to close up to a third of all libraries in Kent in a bid to save money.

Our library in Wye plays a crucial part in our community. It offers a place where everyone can go to access information, learn more about the world and enjoy the pleasure of reading.

KCC cannot be allowed to cut this important public service, used by people of all ages. We must act now to show councillors that we will not accept the closure of our local library.
