Versione italiana RadFem Italia, Women’s Declaration International (WDI), WomensLibFront (WoLF) Feminist Post, Rete per l’inviolabilità del Corpo Femminile, SeNonOraQuando Sisters, I-Dee si associano a tutti i gruppi e le singole persone del mondo per sostenere la proposta di Reem Alsalem, special rapporteur sulla violenza contro le donne alle Nazioni Unite: reintrodurre il test cromosomico allo scopo di "garantire la sicurezza fisica di tutte le atlete". Il test, un semplice tampone all'interno della guancia, è uno screening non invasivo, rapido, a buon mercato e affidabile per individuare i cromosomi sessuali.  
Reem Alsalem ha avanzato questa proposta in una intervista (https://shorturl.at/YDav6) dopo la controversia globale sulla boxe femminile alle Olimpiadi di Parigi: d’ora in avanti servono regole certe.  
Il test, raccomandato anche da atlete come Martina Navratilova e Sharron Davies, scrittrici come J.K.Rowling, si fa una volta sola nella vita. È stato usato a partire dalle Olimpiadi del Messico nel 1968. Nel 1996 ai Giochi di Atlanta un questionario del Comitato olimpico chiese a circa 1000 atlete se volessero continuare con il test e l'82 per cento rispose di sì. 
Il risultato del sondaggio è stato ignorato e alle Olimpiadi di Sydney del 2000 il test è stato abbandonato (J. Turner, The Times, 2/8/2024, https://shorturl.at/yWhlA ). 
Da allora alcune federazioni sportive hanno incluso corpi maschili con un netto vantaggio fisico nella categoria femminile.
Mark Adams, portavoce del CIO, ha affermato che tornare a quei test sarebbe una cattiva idea. Thomas Bach, presidente, ha aggiunto che determinare in quale categoria, maschile o femminile, debbano gareggiare gli atleti è “estremamente complicato”. In pratica secondo il CIO basta un passaporto. 
Ma i corpi sono un fatto, le carte e le sentenze un altro. Le regole devono essere radicate nella realtà dei corpi.
Il test, è un ottimo presidio a protezione delle atlete e della lealtà della competizione. 
Gli sport femminili non possono essere sacrificati sull'altare della inclusione come vuole il CIO. 
Salva lo sport femminile. 
Firma per chiedere la reintroduzione del test.

RadFem Italia, Women’s Declaration International, WomensLibFront (WoLF), Feminist Post, Rete per l’Inviolabilità del Corpo Femminile,SeNonOraQuando Sisters, I-Dee join all groups and individuals around the world who wish to support the proposal of Reem Alsalem, special rapporteur on violence against women at the United Nations, to reintroduce the chromosomal sex test in order to "ensure the physical safety of all female athletes".

The test, a simple cheek swab, is a non-invasive, quick, cheap and reliable screening. Reem Alsalem made this proposal in an interview (https://shorturl.at/YDav6) after the global controversy over women's boxing at the Paris Olympics: from now on we need clear rules. The test, recommended by athletes like Martina Navratilova and Sharron Davies, authors like J. K. Rowling, it’s a once in a lifetime screening. It has been used since the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico. In 1996 at the Atlanta Games a questionnaire of the Olympic Committee asked about 1,000 female athletes whether they wanted to continue with the test and 82 per cent said yes. 

The result of the poll was ignored and at the 2000 Sydney Olympics the test was abandoned (J. Turner, The Times, 2/8/2024, https://shorturl.at/yWhlA ). Since then some sport federations have included male bodies with a distinct physical advantage in the female category. 

Mark Adams, IOC spokesperson, said that going back to the test would be a bad idea. The president, Thomas Bach, added that determining if athletes should compete in the men's or women's category is “extremely complicated”. In practice a passport is enough.

But bodies are real, they are not papers and judgments. The rules must be rooted in the reality of the bodies. 

The test is an excellent safeguard to protect female athletes and the fairness of competition. Women's sports cannot be sacrificed on the altar of inclusion as the IOC wants.
