There has not really been happening over the last few months St Modwen and Gemini have both ignored the open letter sent to them regarding the works future and sorry unsafe state of the wall etc.

I have had an email from the planning depart regarding the wall the have looked at and feel it is not in danger of falling down but have advised that it is repaired as soon as but last week nothing had been done. 

I have all sent in another application for listing which has been refused again. There is no one who seems to not  want to list the site. St modwen insist on still having the level crossing  even though network rail said no. St modwen state that they can not build new houses within the shells of the buildings but yet it been done before on the listed parts of the site.

Milton keynes council have also chosen to ignore the fact the site is protected under the conservation laws and still say demolition of the site will not harm the conservation area.
