Secretary of state and minister of heritage has refused to list the works it is claimed the works has no importance that meets their criteria. he has stated it's in the conservation area it does not need listing. He states the plans to demolish the site is ok and current plans marry the heritage of the site to the new modern buildings. The whole application has been passed i have been told to work with st modwen not fight against them. I have requested that Milton Keynes council how been Investigated as they did not test any claims made by st modwen and i am also requesting the police investigate the planning and development committee for corruption. The evidence is the fact there is no evidence. No evidence of any rail company saying they need modern buildings or that they can not lift carriages or balance the wheel set. There is no evidence that the claims have been tested by the councils planning team. Even when I got the claims tested and recorded i was told it's lies and the photo's where Photo shopped. I am not sure what else to do at this point
