I can not understand why you have no interest or even bother to look at wolverton works. I am told that you can not list buildings so why do historic England come to the secretly of state to call in the application which again was ignored and why is it the secretly of state on the list of who chooses which buildings to list?
Why is that there is an historical site in a conservation area which is being ignored by those in charge and in power to do something but yet don't bother I find this a very lazy way of working and it seems that st modwen are getting to people to get what they want. If you was to actually look into this application you would see that St Modwen have lied and that Milton Keynes council have not done their jobs the application has been put through on lies and some form of personal gains.IE the head of the development control committee was due financial gain if more housing was approved by the end of 2017. None of the claims Made by St Modwen were tested. There is no evidence to prove the lease holders at the time needed to have new buildings are what they can and can not do. What is even more of a joke is the fact another company now lease the site that St Mowdem claim no one would want in it's current state 
It has got to the point that i am thinking of getting the police involved.
