this was lies no one has given me an apology
Response to the Milton Keynes Citizen
St. Modwen responded to Mr Webb’s original subject access request in November 2017 and provided him with all relevant documentation. At that time, the Company wrote to Mr Webb and acknowledged that references to him in the documents were unprofessional and did not meet expected standards. The Company fully apologised to Mr Webb and the matter was addressed internally with the individuals concerned.
At no time has St. Modwen threatened legal action against Mr Webb.

Phillip
St Modwen has been informed that you have been going around taking photographs of the site. Knorr-Bremse have made it clear to you a number of times they do not want there buildings photographed it's private property. St modwen are the land owners and we are now stepping in to tell you to stop photographing our buildings you have no right to do so. We understand you have photographing the new Lidl development we have had complaints about you. As such if you are seen near the site you will be arrested. St Modwen also know you do not live in wolverton which begs the question why are you hanging around the site you have no right to.
St Modwen are also seeking legal advise to have all you photographed removed from the internet with an injunction being served preventing you from photographing and post anything about the site and St Modwen on the internet including Facebook.
We advice you take notice this time.
