At the court Milton Keynes council and St Modwen said they can not understand what the fuss and they think the application was done proper. St modwen say that demolition of the works shouldn't matter as a new railways is being built so it wont harm the conservation area. St modwen or the council used Coventry cathedral as an example they said the cathedral was demolished and a new one was built but the judge said the cathedral was bombed and not demolished by application with permission
