Hello I am hoping you can help me I asked St Modwen for a freedom of information request regarding me over their application to demolish a historical site. I received the FOI and i was shocked and sickened by what i saw, attached is some of the most shocking copies. Not only are there rude internal emails but it shows that they have some how got into my private Facebook account and have screen shot posts to email to each other. My Facebook is set to private so only my friends can see what i post etc. I asked St Modwen why this has been done and by whom I have also asked for unedited copies of all the internal emails, however St Modwen have failed to produce this information. It is important that i receive all the information that i have been asking for, for me to find out who has been on my private page which also has pictures of my children on, i think its disgusting that people think they have the right to do that. St Modwen say that they will not provide me with unedited emails or the details of those who hacked my Facebook as they have the data protection act safe guarding them but what about my lack of privacy does that not count? I am asking now for your help in getting this information for me as don't want to go down the route of the courts ordering St Modwen to give the information. I take invading my privacy very personnel. It is important i receive the info asap. Regards Mr Phillip Webb
