knorr-bremse have two sites wolverton and springburn. The springburn site was massive like wolverton and like wolverton it now has a tesco and lidl on parts of its old works. The one thing springburn has that wolverton don't have yet is a royal mail sorting depot. Springburn has very old and out of date buildings big and airy which most cost thousands to heat and they use traversers to move rolling stock around. Yet they can't cope in wolverton as they have to use the traversers to move the rolling stock from shop to shop they say wolverton costs to much to heat and the building are old and out of date so wolverton must be demolished and replaced but yet Knorr-Bremse can use the springburn site just fine. something does not add up here or is it just me reading to much into it?
