Who is impacted?

Fans of the Wind Breaker manhwa are the most affected. We have followed this story for years and connected deeply with the characters, especially Jay and his journey. Now, because of certain scenes that look similar to other works, people are accusing the manhwa of total plagiarism meanwhile certain well know anime are plagiarizing on others without any sanctions and this has caused confusion, disappointment, and arguments in the fan community.
