The healthcare of 14,000 NHS patients is under threat from a property developer.  Waterloo Health Centre has been issued with legal action to "take possession" by Oslo Holdings, which is planning to redevelop the building at 1-5 Lower Marsh.

The doctors and NHS are urgently trying to arrange new temporary and/or permanent premises, but they need time.  This aggressive action means the practice may be forced out sooner, with alarming consequences for patients.

• We call on Oslo Holdings to stop its lawyers and stop distracting the health centre team from their vital work.
• We ask Lambeth Council and the NHS to do all they can to support the doctors' aims for expanded space and services in a permanent new health centre in a similar location.
