"Water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink" is a line from ST Coleridge's poem and it sums up the situation at our hand. We as global citizens have been facing this water crisis for ages, but nothing concrete has been done so far. 97% of ocean water is non-potable and rest 3% is being used by the human-race. 

703 million people lack access to clean water. THAT IS 1 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE ON OUR PLANET. Women and girls spend an estimated 200 million hours/per day in carrying water, walking around 6 Kilo-meters to fetch 40 pounds of water. By 2025, 1.8 billion people will be living in countries or regions with absolute water scarcity, and two-thirds of the world's population could be living under water stressed conditions.

Let us get together and force governments to act sensibly by bringing experts and commoners on a common platform to solve this impending crisis.
