UPDATE - All Residents Need to Contact City Council Now!

Save VB Neighborhoods
Jul 27, 2016
The City's Beaches & Waterways Commission voted tonight to recommend that City Council pass an ordinance that will allow two Events per house per year in any residential neighborhood in the City. Despite the outcry from civic leagues and residents, the Commission has decided to cave in to the pressures of a few real estate management companies and a builder. We still have the ability to stop this clear violation of residential zoning by writing and placing phone calls to the City Council and being vocal at the City Council meeting where this recommendation is voted on. Please stay tuned for the date and time of that City Council meeting. It could be as early as mid-August. The phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the Mayor and all City Council members can be found by clicking on the block below containing the Virginia Beach logo.
