City Directs B&W Commission to Study Event Houses

On April 19, the VB City Council passed a Resolution which authorized and directed the Beaches and Waterways Commission to study whether further regulation of “event homes” is appropriate and report their findings to the City Council no later than 120 days from that date. The resolution requires the Commission to allow ample public comment on the issues, including at least one advertised public hearing. Please let your voices be heard.
