Union Rescue Squad has served the Willard NC community for 43 years. We are a band of volunteer EMTs that are dedicated to serving our community. We have been a pillar to the community, starting as a band of residents recognizing the need for care in our area. We operate throughout Pender county as part of the system plan in conjunction with Pender EMS and Fire. Unfortunately, we have received a 90-day contract cancellation letter from Pender EMS and Fire. We would like to petition the County Commissioners to force Pender EMS and Fire to engage in contract negotiations.
