Toy Story 5 is an upcoming Pixar movie. It is the 5th installment of the Toy Story franchise. It will be released in 2026. Disney and Pixar want the story to focus on Andy and his kids. We want Toy Story 5 the video game to happen. However, Toy Story 4 didn’t get a video game. It’s been about 6 years since the last Pixar video game was Lego The Incredibles. It would be nice for Disney games and THQ Nordic to make Toy Story 5 the video game based on the movie for all consoles and PC. It would be the first Pixar video game to be published by THQ Nordic and developed by Purple Lamp Studios.

The game will likely follow the plot of the movie, where Woody and Buzz face a new challenge in the form of LilyPad, a tech-savvy tablet who tries to replace traditional toys with technology.

Given the history of video game adaptations for Toy Story, it's reasonable to expect a game to be developed and released around the same time as the movie.

Previous Toy Story games have appeared on various consoles and PC, so it's likely the new game will be available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

It can also have a PC DVD ROM version to include the game disc. It can include Adventure mode and Level Select options. It can also include multiplayer mode where you can play up to 4 players at once. You can play as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and more. Let’s make this game happen
