We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the welfare of Titan, the whale who has been at the center of a tragic incident at Blue Cove. Whales are incredibly intelligent and social creatures, and confinement in a concrete tank, far from their natural habitat, is not a suitable environment for any marine mammal. Reports indicate that Titan has been subjected to harsh living conditions, lacking sunlight and the space to engage in natural behaviors. 

We urge the authorities and marine facilities involved to prioritize Titan's well-being by exploring all possible options, including rehabilitation and eventual release into a sanctuary or an environment that closely resembles his natural habitat. It is essential that we advocate for the rights of captive animals like Titan, and we call on the public to join us in pushing for necessary changes. Together, we can make a significant impact on his life and the lives of other marine animals trapped in similar situations.

We also demand for providing a real life proof of Titan’s well being.
