Save this tiny cub and stop shooting mom bears

Good morning friends,
Enough Is Enough.
The continued killing of mother bears in British Columbia is leaving orphaned cubs to suffer the consequences. These mothers are the knowledge-keepers, teaching their cubs how to survive, forage, navigate the landscape, and avoid danger. This knowledge is the “Old growth forest of the mind”… Once lost the bears are unable to navigate with wisdom, as the wisdom died with the mother bear. When a mother bear is is murdered, her cubs face impossible odds.
Now, an orphaned cub in Squamish is reportedly waiting for permission to be transferred to a rehabilitation facility that could give it a second chance. Her mother was killed by the BCCOS, the strategist and decision maker again is Gov Bio Garth Mowat. Instead of allowing this cub access to care, it appears bureaucracy is standing in the way while valuable time slips by.
The public demands to be heard. We need an ethical approach that values both public sentiment and values and the lives of bears,
including the vulnerable nursing cubs, and their life giving mother.
*No more killing of our bears…STOP!
PLEASE CALL WLRS DEPUTY MINISTER LORI HALLS AT:
1236 478-0907 and ASK HER TO DIRECT HER STAFF TO IMMEDIATELY GIVE A PERMIT FOR THIS CUB IN SQUAMISH, TO BE PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO CRITTER CARE.
