On the corner of NW 12th St and NW 5th Ave, lives a magnificent Southern Live Oak, it is probably 200+ years old. Tramwell Webb Partners bought this property and are going to turn it into townhouses. I believe they will also cut down this tree. I am building support and resistance to protect this beauty, as well as the nature of Gainesville!
