I hope this message finds you well. My name is Laura Dengel, and I am the founder at SAVE New Sewickley. We are currently working on an exciting project that promises to bring necessary amendments and changes to township ordinances and state statutes for the preservation of rural and agricultural lands and lifestyles.

To ensure the success of the Meadowcrest Planned Residential Development land use appeal, we need to secure funds to cover legal expenses totaling $75,000. These funds will be placed in an escrow account to facilitate the necessary legal services and move the appeal forward.

The legal services are crucial as they will ensure compliance with all existing regulations and safeguard our community’s interests throughout the PRD conditional use process. Without these legal services, the tentatively approved project could significantly detriment our community and lead to potential irreversible consequences for New Sewickley’s rural character.

Dwight’s extensive experience in zoning cases, from initial design reviews to trial and appellate levels, makes him an invaluable asset for our project. He is well-regarded in the field, often referred to as “the zoning guy” by clients and peers alike.  John is a fifth generation attorney whose family has practiced law in the Western Pennsylvania area since the 1860s, his roots run deep and ours do too.  He is recognized as a Super Attorney.
