Board VOTES 3-2, Development approved :(
This week New Sewickley Township Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 in approval of the PRD application for Meadowcrest development. The People’s case opposed the application of this development and presented a legal framework and expert witness testimony detailing its numerous deficiencies during the public hearing held on April 24, 2024.
Our community is now facing unprecedented challenges due to the tentative approval for a 220 unit high-density housing development and rapid growth.
