This week New Sewickley Township Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 in approval of the PRD application for Meadowcrest development. The People’s case opposed the application of this development and presented a legal framework and expert witness testimony detailing its numerous deficiencies during the public hearing held on April 24, 2024.
