The Upper Allen Board of Commissioners is attempting to dissolve three of the four historic districts in the Township including the Yellow Breeches Historic District on McCormick Road.

The establishment of the historic district nearly 50 years ago ensured that this area, so rich in history and exemplified by its architecture, enhanced by the natural scenic beauty of the Yellow Breeches Creek, would be protected from development not in keeping with the historic nature of the district.

We the undersigned request that the Upper Allen Township Board of Commissioners maintain the Yellow Breeches Historic District to ensure its preservation for future generations to enjoy.
