The construction fences have recently gone up in Grant Park around the area for the planned deck, but the permit for tree removal has not yet been granted. A second appeal to the Atlanta Tree Commission to deny the tree removal permit is scheduled for 6:30 on Sept 27 at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave SW.
