Some Great News!

Sections of the third floor of the Royal BC Museum will reopen to the public including some of Old Town.

This petition was started soon after the initial announcement of the third floor's closure in 2021 and has played a crucial role in the ongoing struggle to preserve the third floor and led to various communications/outreach efforts to the museum, as well as led to the creation of a full website dedicated to preserving the Old Town. 

Although sections are reopening, many are still under threat and we continue to call for the full restoration of the famous and much lauded third floor.

Also another related petition, the petition to preserve Point Ellice House has seen a victory.  Point Ellice House will soon reopen and will be preserved in the future.
