SAVE THE SUCCOTASH!
The Issue
BRING BACK SUCCOTASH TO VALA’S POTATO PATCH
We, the undersigned, respectfully—and passionately—call upon the good people of Vala’s Pumpkin Patch to bring succotash back to the Potato Patch menu.
Succotash is more than a meal. It is a celebration of everything that makes fall in Nebraska special.
Built upon a foundation of fried, hand-spiraled potatoes, topped with the freshest produce and complemented by high-quality meats, succotash is the kind of hearty, satisfying dish that belongs in the middle of a crisp autumn day at Vala’s. It is versatile enough for young and old, hungry and hungrier, and anyone who believes that a day spent enjoying the harvest should include a truly memorable meal.
Think about it: the cool fall air. The smell of pumpkins and leaves. Friends and family gathered together. Children running through the patch. A beautiful Nebraska afternoon—and in your hands, a warm, hearty serving of succotash from the Potato Patch.
This is what fall is supposed to taste like.
We understand that menus change. Seasons come and go. But some things are simply too good to leave behind. Succotash deserves another chance to delight generations of Vala’s visitors and to reclaim its rightful place among the Potato Patch classics.
So we ask Vala’s—hear the people. Hear the potatoes. Hear the succotash.
Bring it back.
SIGN THIS PETITION TO RETURN SUCCOTASH TO THE POTATO PATCH MENU!
Because fall in Nebraska is better with friends, family, pumpkins—and succotash.
