The Town of South Bethany town meeting discussed their issues regarding the few feral/homeless cats in our area, even though we have fixed/shots any and all cats around here at no cost to them.  Between my group Coastal Cats and our partner group Cats Around Town we have kept South Bethany very controlled with our TNR (trap/neuter/release) and our adoption programs. Any that we have trapped that were friendly we have adopted out. You almost never see kittens running around this area!!!! In fact in the entire town there may be 20 ferals at the most!! All spayed and neutered with their shots. Their response .....Let's think about and discuss euthanizing them instead. Can you believe this? Time to get to work here.  Please Sign our petition and show the Town that we care about these cats. They are not harming anyone or anything and deserve to stay where they are. Why would they spend the money that will be needed to hire someone to trap and then to kill these animals? Right now they are all taken care of at no expense to the Town. Please stand up with us and support the cats.
