Last night at 5:39 pm, we received a call from the Lee Thibert, CEO of Chugach Electric, to inform us that they are not moving forward with the Snow River Dam Project! We want to thank you for all of your support and dedication that made this happen!!! Without active public action, this would have been a long, drawn-out process. This is proof that we can not sit around and let the "process" take care of itself, we are the PROCESS! We will continue our work going forward to raise awareness of issues that demand attention and action. Though we will take a moment to celebrate, there are endless opportunities to make a positive change!
