Dear neighbors and supporters,
Tomorrow — Tuesday, April 15 at 6:00 PM — is the moment we've been building toward for 135 days.
After months of unanswered questions, stonewalling, and a demolition proceeding without structural reports, environmental data, or community consent, officials from HPD, DOB, RIOC, and DEC have finally agreed to face the community directly.
This is not a formality. This is our opportunity to demand real answers.
Come ready to ask:
- Where is the structural engineering report that justifies "emergency" demolition?
- What are the results of asbestos, lead, and environmental testing — and why haven't they been released to the public?
- Why was adaptive reuse never formally studied?
- What community protections are in place right now, while demolition continues?

The 135 days of silence from city agencies didn't happen by accident. Neither did the 1,698+ of you who stood up. Strong turnout tomorrow sends a clear message: this community is watching, and we expect answers.
Stop the demolition. Release the reports. Let the public be heard.
See you tomorrow.
