Patch.com has just reported that the condo going up is dangerously high as it is too close to flight paths. Assemblyman Ron Kim has written a letter to the FAA. This has become a fight to not only save the theater, but to stop a dangerously high building from going up. Save and fix the RKO Theater and end this cycle of broken promises potentially dangerous buildings.
