We, the undersigned residents, visitors, and concerned stakeholders of Madison, Indiana, are opposed to changing the zoning along Vaughn Drive to allow structures 45 feet above the 10-20 foot flood protection grade. We value the open, green space along the river and believe it is worth protecting. 

We ask the Mayor and the City of Madison to reverse course on the planned luxury apartments at the corner of Vaughn and Jefferson.
