Recently the Chief of Defence and Service Chief's made an appeal to "Tell your story - and be part of building a better future for us all!".
This is an inclusive request recognising how important our stories are in shaping our environment and informing decision makers.
- Wouldn't a veterans arts and cultural institution be the perfect opportunity for 'us all' to tell our stories?
- Wouldn't an arts and cultural institution be part of that 'better future'?
- Wouldn't an arts and cultural institution be best placed nestled in a place sacred to us all, rich in history of service to our forbears?
Like the Chief's, we now appeal to you to write to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, Hon Richard Marles MP, to "tell your story" about why the former Repatriation Commission Outpatient Clinic at 310 St Kilda Rd is important as the proposed site for an arts and cultural institution to hold our stories "as part of building a better future for us all".
Hon Richard Marles MP
Deputy Prime Minister & Minister for Defence
