By Monday, October 26, Redeemer University is planning on tearing down the iconic hill on campus by the Sports Dome in order to make even more parking spaces.

The hill is beloved by many Redeemer students, as it is a scenic area on campus (great for watching the sunset), and many fond memories have been made there by students of all ages. The removal and paving of the hill would also likely affect the DTR (Define The Relationship) path behind it that has been a part of Redeemer courtship tradition for years.

The school has given the student body zero notice regarding this change, leaving us to find out via the fences surrounding the entire area, not allowing Redeemer students to have a chance to weigh in on the destructive change on campus.

By signing this petition, you are doing your part in contributing to saving the Redeemer hill from demolition. This petition will be sent to Student Senate, requesting their help in the matter as well. There is enough time to save this spot on campus, favoured by many, as long as we act fast.
