Netflix has made a lot of amazing shows and decided to cancel them after only one season, despite a massive fan base. Gypsy is no exception to this rule. It is one of the only good Queer TV shows on Netflix and movie/tv show critics are just incapable of appreciating the slow burn that tends to accompany any quality queer relationship (especially in media!). Instead, shows/movies with low-quality, cheesy writing and cliche plots, as well as over-sexualizing queer relationships get to continue for many seasons. 

Gypsy has a fantastic, original storyline, excellent casting, and a unique portrayal of queer love that has earned it a large fan base. 

PLEASE DONT LET THE STRAIGHTS WIN PEOPLE. WE NEED MORE SHOWS EXACTLY LIKE GYPSY AND WE NEED GYPSY RENEWED FOR SEASON 2. if you don’t believe me just watch.
