A new report from statecollege.com this morning via Spotlight PA says that the board of trustees meeting to decide the fate of certain branch campuses being held virtually could be a violation of the Sunshine Act that requires any meetings with an agenda held in the commonwealth be held publicly in person, and any decisions made in meetings that violate the Sunshine Act could be thrown out in court.
