Save the Parrotts from Aloha Mini Golf Prison

Save the Parrotts from Aloha Mini Golf Prison
Why this petition matters

Recently my family and I visited Aloha Mini Golf in Myrtle Beach SC. We immediately saw the beautiful white cocktail by the front of the registers. This feather baby was so sweet and loving. We thought ok, maybe they take it to work with them. Nope, it stays there all day and all night. Outside we find 3 more parrots a mccaw, another cockatiel and a parrot I'm not 100% sure of. The mccaw has completely picked out every single one of his chest feathers. He is biting himself aggressively and has colored non nutrional pellets in his food bowl, dirty water is in his water bowl, as well as roaches in his cage. The cocktail next to him had the same thing and no toys. Parrots need to be challenged and toys are a must! The other parrot was in a small cage and hiding under as best as he could. The man working said that they stay there and at night they just turn the lights off. The cockatiel was so exhausted my daughter petted him to sleep, but every noisy person that walked past he/she was jolted awake. They also have a loud volcano that goes off every couple minutes that visibly scared the birds. They claim that the birds are "rescued" and that the mccaw has anxiety. Anyone who knows anything about birds will know that rescued birds need attention and a healthy environment. I have called multiple places in SC, finally contacting animal control who advised that they receive many calls about the parrots at Aloha and that they are under vet care and all guidelines are followed. He stated that the birds are tropical and used to the heat. This is not a healthy or safe environment for a bird and these birds lives are at risk so someone can make their mini golf center look more exotic. Both my children and myself spent about an hr. with these birds just talking and trying to show them some love. We left without spending our money and every single one of us in tears. Please help us by signing this petition so that these feather babies can go to an actual rescue amd live a life that they deserve! Birds are amazing and kind and more loving than you can possibly imagine! If left in this prison they will die sad, scared and lonely. Please don't let that happen.
