Currently an outdoor structure stands at the front of @281 Cafe Wigston, this was added during Covid restricted times but since then its become a much used and needed part of the business and community as a whole.

Many people choose to sit outside for varying reasons and some for health reasons so the loss of it would definitely effect many who currently visit.

People working from home often use the space for a change of scenery due to new working conditions and being isolated at home more than pre covid.

It provides fresh water and a welcoming safe space for dog owners and visitors to Knighton park.

If the structure is demolished the establishment will suffer a definite loss in custom alongside depriving locals of a safe rainproof area to meet, relax or even work from. Dogs a welcoming place that no other local space provides nearby and would be a shame.

Oadby and Wigston Borough Council need to see how much it's supported as opposed to the few against. We need to show them that it's actually needed and wanted from all that support Keeping it in place. If they can see support and a willingness from the public it will be a much needed vote of confidence and also a thumbs up from locals which will outweigh hopefully the haters basically....And reassure them locals are not unhappy about its presence within their neighbourhood
