We are opposed to the planned commercial development and potential rezoning of 1548 Old Cedar Hill Road, currently known as Bell’s Reserve.

The planned development, if approved, will forever change the landscape of the rural area near The Narrows of the Harpeth State Park. A park meant for all Tennesseans to enjoy. The large commercial mixed use development would include at least 120 residences for short term rentals, restaurants and a spa/fitness center.

We ask the Cheatham County Commission and Planning Commission to oppose any change to the County zoning law that would allow commercial development at 1548 Old Cedar Hill Rd.
