Dear Friends of the Luther Hotel,

I just got word that tomorrow, May 11, 2023, there will be a hearing regarding whether or not the sales contract for the Luther Hotel can be made public. This hearing will be live via Judge Polly Spencer's YouTube channel. (If you watched the hearing last month, it will be in the same format).

Date: Wed. May 11, 2023
Time: 4 pm central standard time

Purpose: Judge Spencer will rule whether or not the contract can be made public

FYI: When I watched Judge Spencer's YouTube Channel last time, I initially thought I was not in the right place because there wasn't anything on the screen. However, after a few minutes, she came on and the hearing started.
