Yes, the online petition may have slowed down, but the support has not. Every single day, people continue to walk through the shop door wanting to sign the paper petition — many have heard about what’s happening from friends across Victoria and even interstate.

Some are locals. Some are regular visitors. Others are first-timers who heard the story and said, “I had to come and see for myself.” That kind of support means everything.

And behind the scenes? The pressure is being felt — and we’re okay with that. It means people are listening. It means this movement is doing exactly what it set out to do: spark conversation, demand answers, and bring community voices to the forefront.
