Is the State Government misleading the people of Box Hill?

The newly released structure plan shows a large expanse of green space and trees on the Box Hill Brickworks site, plus two buildings on the west side of the site.

But buried within the document it states that the site is earmarked for residential intensification and a new mixed-use neighbourhood. What else is being hidden?

Is the liveability of Box Hill really a priority in this plan?
