We are about to lose Above the Fold, Larchmont's unique and beloved newsstand.

The landlord, Ron Simms Development, has (legally) terminated their lease because Rite-Aid is leaving.

The newsstand is a real asset to Larchmont, contributing to the unique and creative atmosphere of the street. We want Ron Simms Development to understand how Above the Fold is an essential part of our Larchmont community.

We offer this petition as proof of our support for the newsstand, and our belief that the newsstand attracts people to the street and adds to the value of other Larchmont businesses.
