Thanks for contacting me. Since I am not involved in operations or jaywalking enforcement, I am not the best person to address your concern. I have copied, 311 the citizen advocate, so that the appropriate person can respond.

Decisions on whether to install crosswalks is made by NCDOT and not Cary. Cary advocates by providing information and working on issues with NCDOT. I know that Cary and NCDOT have been working with the high school and these issues for years and have made several changes. Staff can provide you with any additional changes that are planned.
