Ian, the Jolly Lolly on Main Street, has been declined a flexible working request. On Monday afternoons, the Jolly Lolly will be caring for his grandson to support his daughter's return to work as a mental health nurse. 

Unless this declined request is changed, Ian will no longer be permitted to work at the crossing on any day.
