I’ve posted about these ponies since 2018 like many many others have and still nothing is being done. Not only is it downright cruelty to keep animals like this, but it is a huge eyesore for anyone coming in & out of Burtonwoods busiest road Alder Lane. Is this what the council feels acceptable? 

These horses are getting trapped in barbed wire fencing & lose on a main road every week & like many I’m sick of seeing the state they’re in. The women refuses help from anyone even when her horses are flooded and at risk. 
The “field” has been a mess for the last 7 years straight & RSPCA (England & Wales) & World Horse Welfare still have not intervened. Giving a horse food & water is NOT the be all and end all. There’s worse fates than death & this is it, it’s a miserable existence. The amount of injuries these horses have succumbed to is ridiculous even one losing an eye as she didn’t get vet treatment after being caught on the fence. 
She is continually buying in more horses from unbeknownst sellers & is now even covering mares in the field🤯

Please can I ask everyone to sign the petition so we can take it further with Burtonwood / Warrington council.  Surely if there are enough complaints made someone will step in after 7 years. It’s only getting worse. It’s actually shameful any rescue thinks it’s okay.
