Save the Hellfire
Sep 1, 2017
Dear friend, There are only 25 days left to hand in your submission. It is very important for your view to be made known to An Bord Pleanála about this proposed development. The more views received the better! This still must be done in writing to An Bord Pleanála by the 25th September 2017. Please note you can't make a submission by email. When sending your submission: Quote the reference number: Ref-JA0040 Include your name and address. If you join up with others to save on the cost, you must put everyone's name and address on the letter An Bord Pleanála guide to making a submission: http://www.pleanala.ie/guide/PlanningAppealGuide.pdf This gives the full details needed to make a submission, the cost involved is €50. Please note that the historic trees in Fairview Park due to be cut down by Dublin City Council have been saved following pressure from the local community. As a group we too can ask South Dublin County Council to think again and look at other sustainable options for a visitor centre. It is important to be aware of the implications of the proposed development for proper planning and sustainable development in the area concerned and the likely effects of the proposed development on the environment. To date we have over 6,000 signatures from our online and paper petition. Let’s try and double that! Please ask your friends and family to support the campaign.
