Ya all might be wondering what the heck has been happening! Most all the court dates are past and I'm still home... Not to tant the waters or send signals of our legal strategy possibly to the other side, I've not posted all the ongoing details. Today, with all mine and my team's efforts, we are finally moving in the right direction! Someone, somewhere, within the vast cassums of humans and computer algorithms, my loan got put back on track. I'm worth the effort to be able to retain my home but boy-o-boy has this been hellish for me. Chase sent a letter stating: We are "resuming the loan modification"; four little words which mean so much to me right now. I can't tell ya how much joy that brings to my heart. My attorney is a true blessing to me, his inside magic is just what I was seeking. I don't want to jinx the process in any manner but things are looking more positive today yet I'm immensely delighted! I deeply appreciate all the ongoing efforts from friends and the support of you all. One way or another this is gonna end soon, for that I'm greatly thankful. ~ DiveGirl Deb
