I decided to retain my own attorney today. I brought on a very capable person who handles not only Foreclosure but Bankruptcy also. He will position me well in all matters going forward. Seems as though Chase has tripped up on some other, Federal discrimination matters which may be addressed in District Federal Court soon, associated with the manner Chase has treated me in denial of ownership of my home... Of course the Oregon Law Center still is aiding me on the Foreclosure matter but now both attorneys are working together as a team. I will present my Defendant's statement and answer to the request for Summary Judgement May 21st at that hearing. Stay tuned, this battle ain't over yet!
