Gut punch: deep breath...oye. Chase filed for a Summary Judgement. In other words, case closed, no trial in June. We will file a response but this is very, very bad. I'm in talks with attorney both Bankruptcy and Foreclosure. I have a May 21st hearing before a judge to plead my case for a trial.
