Ms. Mitchell,
I would have prefered Chase and all its many representative would actually look at all the documents on this loan. Perhaps too, it might be more respectful to simply and politely as ' do you have any other supportive documents?'. But standing in my face, wagging your finger at me in an , well, that's not really nice.
Chase has these, all of em, from Western Pioneer Title Company! Chase got the entire file when I took a second loan to pay ------------------. ----------------------- has ZERO legal interest in this property and has not since this SALE happened!! Your 'suggestion' that I fraudulently signed someone else's name on a legal document is way off base. I didn't sign on her line. It's BLANK! But I legally could if I wanted to.
So this is the landscape right now. Chase continues and continues, and continues to try to create new barriers to finalizing this Feb 2017 Loan Modification. You have a legal, signed and notarized document in your possession. I've got $7,000 to send, read right now to get it over to you.
What I do know is thus far; Chase and all its representatives have been 100% successful at sidelining this loan. 100%! Each and every incident gives me more and more and more evidence to sustain my counterclaims against you in court.
Let's look at trial; 3 to 5 days of me presenting the 15" of documents to a jury of my peers. I can display all the things I've tried to do right her, my severe medical predicament, my lifelong disability and the wretched affects on my health over this ongoing process. Not a one of em will like you taking my home with the roof I won for my advocacy works either. This will look very, very bad for both Chase but their lawyers. The cost to you all will exceed $10,000.
We need to discuss real, settlement options. Chase needs to end this as do I.
If Chase can't finalize this loan modification by April 23rd, either by processing the documents on hand or overnighting (signature required on delivery) a fresh set. I will include a cashier's check and it's done.
Or I'm just gonna go to trial and stop working with you as I don't need the hastles and I'll spend that $7,000 on a trial lawyer. I'm happy to put the 'process created by Chase' on trial and to show a real desire to steal my real property and home from me while causing substantial damages to my health.
So, perform your own 'due diligence and research' on my situation before you go throwing around such disparaging accusations.
As far as the Attorney General complaints, yep, I've filed about 6 of them against Chase over the years. I'm happy to have an advocate reviewing the matter for me as with my known disabilities (Chase knew of them when I began to work with NEDCO in 2015 and can't claim ignorance.) this is a very serious matter to have a giant bank trying to make homeless a person who is well qualified for a Loan Modification. I know that also several attorneys with the Oregon Law Center are watching this matter as well. If this sort of surveillance concerns Chase, they should act properly and finalize the Loan Modification post haste to limit the pain, suffering and potential damages to myself. Time is of the essence here.
April 23rd is coming fast.
As for my 'held funds', please return them to me ASAP by a check to the house address.
Sincerely,
Debie SF Elder
