Well, it's been about 3-weeks of 'waiting for some supposed loan documents' to arrive. I've gotten nothing from Chase. It very clearly seems as though Chase's intention is to NOT COMPLETE the Loan Modification as they continue to fail to send out the documents. We just don't have time to waste with the looming trial date. On Thursday, March 22, 2018, I'm going to my local bank to get: a cashier's check for the amount of $7,000 and to have a copy of the Feb 2017 Loan Modification signed and notarized. This will be a very limited time offer to accept this or return my funds within 45-days. If $7,000 won't fix this then no deal is gonna work as it's all the funds I've got, 100% of my savings! I will be mailing that certified mail to: JP Morgan Chase, Records Center, Collateral Trailing Documents, PO Box 8000, Monroe LA 71203. This is my last attempt, lacking any other viable means, to try to finalize this deal and save my home. After that, you're legal team can explain to the court why I've been denied what I'm entitled and qualified for, a Loan Modification! I'll provide ample evidence to sustain my counterclaim for $400,000 in damages. Unless Chase has an immediate better process I can follow, THIS WEEK, that's what's gonna happen. The stressors of this ongoing years long slog is deeply hurting me.
